At Tisento, we aim to make every delivery smooth, reliable, and transparent. Below you will find information about our available delivery methods, estimated shipping times, international shipping, customs duties, and customer responsibilities.

Delivery Methods

You can choose from different delivery options at checkout depending on your location and the products in your order.

Parcel Machine Delivery in Baltics and Finland

Itella SmartPOST Parcel Machine

When your order arrives at the selected Itella SmartPOST parcel machine, you will receive an SMS notification containing the parcel machine location and the door code needed to collect your package.

Itella SmartPOST parcel machines are usually located inside shopping centres and are accessible during the opening hours of the building or grocery store where the parcel machine is located.

DPD Parcel Machine

When your order arrives at the selected DPD parcel machine, you will receive an SMS notification containing the parcel machine location and the door code needed to collect your package.

DPD parcel machines are generally available 24/7 and are often located near the entrances of shopping centres, supermarkets, or other public locations.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted international delivery partners, including FedEx.

Available international shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout after you enter your full delivery address. Delivery options may vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.

Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout whenever available. These estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Customer Contact Information

Before placing your order, please make sure that all contact and delivery details are correct, including:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Delivery address

  • Postal code

  • Country

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Tisento is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or misunderstandings caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer during checkout.

Import Taxes and Customs Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Any import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Within the European Union

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties are applied, as Estonia is part of the EU customs union.

Standard VAT rules may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.

Orders Outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees may be charged by the destination country’s customs authorities.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with local import regulations. We recommend checking your country’s customs and import rules before placing an order.

Unpaid Customs Fees and Returned Shipments

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other required fees and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees incurred may be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Original shipping costs may also be non-refundable where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, opened, incomplete, or in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible by email at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the package and damaged product, if applicable

Claims regarding damaged or incomplete deliveries should be reported as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Delivery Delays

Tisento is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Local delivery disruptions

  • Force majeure events

We will always do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues with the carrier whenever possible.
