Return Policy

At Tisento, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have the right to return eligible products within 14 days in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

14-Day Right of Return

Products purchased from the tisento.ee online store may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the return conditions listed below.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • With the original tag still attached to the product

Please note that the original tag must remain attached to the product. Products returned without the original tag attached may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Refunds and Store Credit

After we receive and inspect the returned product, Tisento will refund the paid amount to the customer within 14 days, provided that the returned product meets all return conditions.

Upon the customer’s request, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used in the tisento.eeonline store.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

In your return request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product or products you wish to return

Please also include your name and order number on or inside the return package so we can identify your return quickly.

Important Notes

Returned products are inspected upon arrival. If a returned product has been used, damaged, altered, washed, or returned without the original tag attached, Tisento reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side or the product is defective.
